Throttle posistion support

The throttle assistance is pushed directly on the throttle.
It provides long-distance for effective power distribution on the palm and prevents cramps and joint pain.
The palm rests then works like a cruise control. Failure to use the throttle assistance can be shifted to a neutral position.
